Policies and Procedures

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we have adopted the following policies:

 

  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice BY PHONE if you need to reschedule an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Full payment is required for missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

  • All sessions and packages are prepaid at the time of scheduling, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled. All payments are non-refundable.

  • Please arrive on time. This time has been reserved just for you. Late arrivals will receive a shorter session according to their scheduled appointment time.

  • Session time includes paperwork, changing of clothing and discussion of your session.
