Policies and Procedures

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we have adopted the following policies:

 

  • Please allow an additional 15 minutes for your initial session to fill out your health history form and for discussion of your session.

  • Please arrive on time. This time has been reserved for you. All sessions are full 60, 75, or 90 minutes of table time. Late arrivals may receive a shortened session time.
  • Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice BY PHONE if you need to reschedule
    an appointment. Full payment may be required for missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice.

  • Cash and checks are accepted with gratitude within 55 Pleasant Street. If you wish to pay with a credit or debit card, please do so through my Services/Purchase page of this website before coming in for your session.

  • All packages are prepaid at the time of scheduling, non-transferable and cannot be cancelled. All payments are non-refundable.
