My focus is on integrative bodywork that combines a soothing touch with deeper techniques that both relax the senses and break up areas of tension. I don’t believe in more pain, more gain. Muscle tissues will tense in an attempt to protect your body if the pressure is too deep. Sessions are gentle, yet powerful, combining restorative touch with deeply rejuvenating energy work.
I have a special interest and specialized training in providing therapeutic touch to seniors, and for fibromyalgia and oncology support.
Please arrive on time. All sessions are full 60, 75, or 90 minutes of table time.

Integrative Massage & bodywork
This holistic session blends therapeutic hot stones, soothing aromatherapy, the healing energy of Reiki and foot reflexology to promote deep relaxation and balance one’s mind, body and spirit. Reiki / Energy Healing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. During this session, one is fully clothed, little or no pressure is applied and no oils are used. Studies of Reiki show significant reduction of pain, including cancer pain, following treatment. Foot Reflexology
We have over 7,000 nerve endings on the soles of our feet. By using skillful pressure to specific points on the feet, the systems and organs of one’s body are addressed to promote overall balance, healing and stress-reduction.
