My focus is on integrative bodywork that combines a soothing touch with deeper techniques that both relax the senses and break up areas of tension. I don’t believe in more pain, more gain. Muscle tissues will tense in an attempt to protect your body if the pressure is too deep. Sessions are gentle, yet powerful, combining restorative touch with deeply rejuvenating energy work.

Oncology Support sessions. These sessions may be shorter in duration based on the current oncology treatment, health, energy levels and overall comfort factor of the individual.
